US customers: once your order has been completed by our small production team, it will ship via USPS Priority mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Canadian customers: You are responsible for all import duties and other charges for international shipments. Check with your customs office to learn about additional costs before placing your order.
Each MH bag is made to order from limited materials. While minor imperfections in leather and workmanship are to be expected from a product made by hand from natural materials, we want you to be satisfied with your bag.
We accept undamaged, unused items for a full refund minus shipping if they are shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com for a return authorization number prior to returning. Unused, undamaged items shipped back within 30 days can be exchanged. Please track and insure your bag when you ship it back to us, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
If at any time you need a repair made to your MH bag, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the necessary repair. We will give you a quote and estimated timeline for the repair, at which time you can ship your bag to us.
